Africa's bathing traditions are some of the least documented on film, and among the most quietly resilient. Our short The Changing World of Moroccan Hammams follows the hammam as it exists today — a practice under pressure from modernization, still carried forward by the people who run and rely on these spaces daily. As we expand our footprint across the continent, we're looking to document bathing cultures with the same patience and specificity we bring everywhere else: named places, named practitioners, and the particular history that shaped each tradition.
