Find a convergence of health, nature, and culture at Sumberkima Hill Retreat. Perched above the lush coastline of northwest Bali, Sumberkima Hill invites visitors to cycle between heat and cold: from the scent of cedar wood in the sauna to the bracing clarity of a 12°C plunge pool. This cycle of stress and recovery awakens body and mind, promoting longevity and healing.
Rooted in the founders’ commitment to “health span”, Sumberkima integrates local Balinese staff and traditions into its daily rhythm, cultivating both employment and belonging. Guests are immersed not only in restorative rituals but also in the local culture, where community and hospitality remain central.
Along the shores of Sumberkima Bay, a coral restoration project breathes life back into once-damaged reefs. Structures placed underwater now host vibrant corals, teeming with fish that help maintain the ecosystem. This collaboration with local fishermen weaves conservation into daily life, ensuring the bay thrives for generations to come.
Surrounded by temples, mountains, and the spiritual harmony of Bali’s land and sea, Sumberkima Hill is more than a retreat. It is a sanctuary where health, culture, and ecology converge. To share this place is to feel part of something larger: a rhythm of fire, water, and spirit that restores balance both within and beyond the self.
